3 minutes a day

A very simple activity to help you change the way you experience and engage with the world is to spend a few minutes each day reflecting on a theme. The theme could be:
Things you're grateful for - which can be as simple as that the sun came up today
How you used you intuition - such as letting your body decide when to get out of bed
Ways in which you gave and received self-love - like taking a few minutes to relax or smile
The opportunity is simply to check in once each day - when you first wake up, when you're waiting for the toaster or brushing your teeth, before you go to sleep - and find a few examples of how you're opening to this each day.
This can help you build an evidence bank of how the quality you're trying to get more of it IS showing up in your life. So often we think that we're not this or that, without recognising what already is, even in very small amounts.
Every change starts with one small step.
